With over 20 years of experience working in college admissions, college access programs, and performing arts program development, I’m passionate about helping students pursue their dreams in the performing arts. I’ve held admissions roles across the country—from admissions counselor to assistant dean—giving me a 360-degree view of the enrollment journey. One of my most incredible professional opportunities included 8 years as Director of Admissions for The Theatre School at DePaul University, where I worked closely with talented students and faculty to shape one of the nation’s most respected theatre programs. I’ve made thousands of admissions decisions and led the performing arts audition and interview admissions processes, always with a focus on access, authenticity, and student success.

My mission is to reduce barriers in the enrollment process—especially for performing arts students. I offer one-on-one coaching, advising and mentoring, guiding students through applications, auditions, and portfolio development with the goal of making the journey less overwhelming and more empowering. I also love creating opportunities for students to connect with university programs and industry professionals through curated workshops, panels, and master classes. Helping students shine on their path to college and beyond is the heart of what I do.
