Rachael Kessler is an Independent Educational Consultant who brings over three decades of experience as a teacher and mentor to her work with college-bound students. She specializes in supporting high-achieving, gifted, and neurodivergent students, as well as those navigating executive-function challenges.

With a masters degree and over 100 graduate hours, she added to her expertise with the completion of an IEC certificate through the University of California - Irvine. Rachael combines deep knowledge and experience with a compassionate, student-centered approach to help families create balanced, thoughtful college lists and authentic applications.  

Based in northeast Denver, Rachael finds joy in family, writing, yoga, travel, gardening, and caring for her pets. She believes every student’s college journey begins with a single step—and she is honored to walk beside them every step of the way.
